Good to know
How much does a new fence cost?
It depends on the fence type, height, length and the ground we're digging into, which is why we don't guess over the phone. We measure on site and give you one fixed price in writing within 48 hours. That price doesn't move unless you change the job.
Does my neighbour have to pay half?
Usually, yes. Under the Neighbourhood Disputes (Dividing Fences and Trees) Act 2011 (Qld) neighbours generally share the cost of a standard dividing fence. Our Neighbour Split Pack prepares the notice, a split quote and separate invoices so you don't have to chase anyone.
How quickly can you start?
We text you back within 5 minutes, measure within a few days, and your fence is up within 21 days of you signing the quote. Miss that and we pay you $75 a day.
What if my old fence has asbestos in it?
Some older fibro fences contain asbestos. We check during the measure. If it does, it has to be removed by a licensed asbestos removalist, which we can organise and quote separately before any work starts.
Will my pool fence pass inspection?
Yes. We build to the Australian Standard for pool barriers and your state's pool safety rules, and we don't call it finished until it would pass a certifier's check.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. QBCC Licence 0000000. Fully insured, with a 7-year workmanship warranty on every fence we build.
